Qualitative, applied UX research in human–AI interaction, accessibility, and trust
I am a qualitative, applied UX Researcher focused on human–AI interaction, inclusive design, accessibility, and trust. My work centers on designing AI-supported academic and public-service systems that adapt to users' language proficiency, cultural expectations, and digital literacy, and on developing human-centered frameworks that enhance accessibility, trust, and emotional intelligence in digital environments.
My research spans inclusive AI systems, accessibility-focused UX, educational and public-service platforms, and trust-centered human–AI interaction. My research is conducted in collaboration with designers, developers, educators, and institutional stakeholders.
